Electronic Device Policy
Personal electronic devices must remain off and in lockers during the school day.
Personal electronic devices include, but are not limited to, smartphones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, headphones, cameras, and other devices capable of electronic communication, recording, or media consumption.
This rule will be applied upon arrival at school until dismissed AND while a student is riding a school bus.

1st Offense

The device will be confiscated and returned to the parent/guardian at the end of the day.

2nd Offense
|
The device will be confiscated and returned to the parent/guardian at the end of the day. The student will serve one detention.
|
|
3rd Offense
|
The device will be confiscated and returned to the parent/guardian at the end of the day. The student will serve two detentions.
|
|
4th Offense
|
The device will be confiscated and returned to the parent/guardian at the end of the day. The student will serve Saturday school.
|
|
Students who repetitively use their electronic devices inappropriately at school are subject to losing their privileges for a length of time to be determined by school administrators.
